Small Groups, Fun Activities

All Summer Long!

At Kumbuka this summer, our camp days are built around exciting themes! Each theme has its unique set of creative, STEM, and movement activities.

In addition to all of the activities offered, we also believe that campers should be able to self select based on their preferences. This means your child will not be forced into a particular activity if he or she wants to do something else indoors or outdoors—but will always be supervised by one of our Kumbuka Staff. Although children will be encouraged to diversify their experiences, we follow their lead. After all, this is their summer!

What Programs Does Kumbuka Offer?

In order to effectively meet the needs of children entering grades 1-6, the Kumbuka Summer Camp program divides this broad range into two age groups. Children entering grades 1-3 are referred to as “Abato” and those entering grades 4-6, we call “Blast”. We offer an awesome, fun, dynamic and positive day camp specializing in adventures, kids leadership training and exploration. Each weekly program has a wild new theme designed to capture kids’ imaginations!

*Due to licensing regulations, your child must be turning 6 by December 31 to participate in our programs.
